Growing up

Congratulations to your sweet granddaughter, she has been excepted into Pre - K this fall. Time flies so fast, I can still remember her first breath, seems like it was just yesterday. I can hardly wait to take her school clothes shopping and hear all about her first day at school.

Happy Birthday Mom

Mom turns 71 this week. She has been very busy with her birthday and packing for her moving in a week. So much for slowing down during retirement. We are thankful she is happy and healthy.

Gunner and I have the house to ourselves this weekend, our "biker dude" is off to the Harley Rendezvous. Gunner and I plan on enjoying a quiet weekend at home, hey we even rented some moves. Gunner wants to watch Elvin and the Chipmunks first.

Spring by the lake.

Well spring has sprung and some of my feeble attempts at landscaping are starting to show themselves. Things are blooming nicely, if only I can keep gunner out of the flowerbeds. Denny has been busy helping his friend get ready for the big fireworks display this weekend so I have lots of time to work on my flowers.
