Dinner with Chase ( and Jim and Leah too)

Jim, Leah and Chase came for dinner tonight. It is alway such fun having them here. Chase has gotten so big, Leah is doing a good job rasing a sweet son. Jim brought apples from hollenbeck's in Virgil what a treat. ( thanks bud), we enjoyed some carmel apples before dinner. Chase was sharing his snacks with Jim during dinner, it was so cute.

Princess Madison update.

Madison is doing well with the potty training, life lesson # 4 mom is very happy when I go potty outside. Madison has learned to jump over the ditch outback, trying to get a pic it is sooo cute. She still does not have the foggiest idea that Gunner is bigger than her. What she lacks in size she makes up for in attitude. She gets right in the middle of a tug of war battle with him and keeps pulling even when he picks her up off the ground.
Gunner loves the company and is calmer since her arrival.

Working on Columbus Day

Yes, I was one of the unlucky ones that worked. Sarah and Jen come to have lunch with me. Sarah sang some of the new songs she has learned at school. So it wasn't so bad after all.

Gunner and Madison are still playing all the time, he is so happy to have some company. Madison was outside while we where gardening this past weekend and got into the burdock's. She sat down and cried until we got them out of her fur. Madison's life lesson # 3 burdock's are bad. Life lesson # 1 was going potty outside is good and Life lesson # 2 was don't mess with Iggy ( the cat ).

Busy..

We have been busy with the new puppy and preparing for cold weather. Denny and his brothers took a trip last weekend ridding to York PA for the Harley Davidson factory open house. He said it rained most of the way back and he was cold and tired when he got home. Mom spent last weekend with me, it was fun showing her around this side of the lake and doing some major shopping. Gunner was especially happy to see her, pestering her for attention the entire weekend. Friday after work Jimmy took me to dinner (thanks bud) and went with me to up to pick up my Wii. I love Wii it is so much fun, it's like I'm in my second childhood.
